• Problems with your electricity, water/sewer during non-office hours?
  Call (405) 372-3292 for assistance.
• If your complaint is non-emergency, but criminal in nature, please call (405) 372-4171.
• If your complaint is an animal control issue that needs immediate attention, call (405) 372-0334.

If you like to report a problem like potholes, street light outages or property maintenance violations, consider using the Stillwater Needs Assistant Program (SNAP). SNAP is an interactive tool that allows you to alert the City of a problem in your neighborhood and follow up on it.

Just click on "Submit Requests", choose a category, and enter your information, and it'll be routed to the appropriate department.

Requests submitted during non-office hours may not be addressed until the next office day.
