Animals & Pets
The Animal Welfare Division is charged with providing immediate response to emergencies concerning animals. Contact the division for lost and found animals, adoptions, and other issues related to pets and animals. Stillwater enforces a leash law for dogs. Stillwaggin' Dog Park, operated by Oklahoma State University, is located at 801 W. 11th Ave.

Emergency Preparedness

• CodeRed Registration. An emergency notification system that sends an automated voice message directly to your phone.
• Storm Shelter Registration. Form to register your safe area in case of disaster.
• Tornado Sirens. Outdoor warning system is tested the first Tuesday of the month at 11:30 a.m.
