The Stillwater Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) proactively plans for all hazards, works to reduce threats, and prepares Stillwater residents and organizations to respond to and recover from any emergency including terrorism.


What We Do

To protect the lives and property of our residents, Emergency Management is responsible for the following actions:

  • Reduce local threats

  • Meet future threats through preparedness

  • Respond to incidents

  • Direct recovery operations
