How do I submit a commercial building permit application for alteration, remodel or addition?

  • Typically, most alterations and structural repairs can be processed through the submission of a commercial/industrial permit application. In some cases, changes-in-use can be reviewed through this process instead of the commercial use-by-right process. Ask if a change-in-occupancy permit is required and which process must be used to submit the application.
