Utilities Customer Service

The City of Stillwater is proud to provide high-quality, customer-owned services to Stillwater. We provide electric, trash/recycling, water and wastewater (sewer) to our residents and commercial customers. 

As the Customer Service division, we are here to assist you and to answer questions about your city utilities, rates and provide billing and payment information.

Voice mail, email and social media platforms are not monitored 24/7. If you choose one of these methods of contact, your concern or question will be reviewed and assigned to a city staffer the next business day. 


Report Utility Problems

1) To report missed trash/recycling service or broken carts

  • Report & Track. This interactive tool that allows you to alert the City of a problem in your neighborhood or around town and follow up on it. Reports submitted during non-office hours will be reviewed and assigned to a city staffer the next business day.

2) To report power outages or water/sewer problems

  • Both systems can match your phone number with your home address and immediately begin the process to restore power. You may also request a call back to let you know that the electricity is back on.

    For this system to be most effective and customer friendly, we ask that electric customers call from or know one of the telephone numbers listed on their City of Stillwater electric account or provide the electric meter number.
