What We're Doing

The City of Stillwater and Stillwater Utilities Authority is repairing sections of a problematic sewer line in the Summerlin Addition and Village Court areas. 


Benefits

The City's Field Services crews make repairs to the sewer system and conduct ongoing maintenance throughout the year. Some repairs require equipment or resources that city crews do not have, which is the case with this sewer point repairs project.


Timeline


Updates

April 18, 2017: Right of Entry and Temporary Construction Easements have been acquired. The project will be advertised for bid beginning April 23, 2017. Construction is scheduled to begin in June.

July 26, 2016: Design is in progress and coordination with affected residents is being planned.

December 14, 2016: Right of Entry and Temporary Construction Easement requests were extended to affected property owners. Once coordination is complete, the next step will be to advertise for bids.

June 26, 2017: Bid opening occurred on June 21 and construction will begin in late July 2017.

August 10, 2017: Urban Contractors, LLC was awarded the contract and is currently working on the project.

September 5, 2017: The sewer point repairs are complete. Staff are inspecting the work and the Contractor is completing punch list items.
