Budgets & Financial Reports

Budget and financial reports for the three most recent years are archived in the Document Center. When a new report becomes available, it is posted online, and the oldest online archived version is removed. To access a copy of a report not posted online, contact the City Clerk's Office.


Adopted Budget

  • The annual budgets for the City of Stillwater, the Stillwater Utilities Authority, and the Stillwater Public Golf Authority are adopted no later than seven days prior to the beginning of the new fiscal year, which begins on July 1 of each year. Public hearings to receive input on the proposed budget are held each year prior to adoption.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

  • Commonly referred to as the CAFR. This annual report consists of a series of financial statements including all the activities of the City of Stillwater, the Stillwater Utilities Authority and other component units.

Stillwater Utilities Authority (SUA) Annual Financial Statements & Reports

  • This report is an analysis of the Stillwater Utilities Authority and provides an overview of the Authority’s financial activities for the year ended June 30, 2016, in comparison with the prior year's financial results.
