LGBTQ Liaison is the Assistant to City Manager Patti Osmus

It is the policy of the City Manager that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of the services, programs, or activities of the City, access to City facilities, or be subjected to discrimination by the City on account of actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, physical or mental disability, age, military status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or marital or familial status.

The City of Stillwater will consider all reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that all individuals have an equal opportunity to enjoy all of its facilities, programs, services, and activities.

The LGBTQ Liaison serves as the point of contact to receive any concerns, and coordinates an appropriate response with regard to access and enjoyment of programs and facilities by the LGBTQ community in Stillwater.
