Agenda Available for September 13 City Council, SUA and SEDA meetings

MEDIA RELEASE

(STILLWATER, OK) – Stillwater City Council, Stillwater Utilities Authority and Stillwater Economic Development Authority will meet for regular meetings this Monday, September 13 in the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Lewis. St.

City Council

Public Hearings

  • Receive public comment regarding a request for a Map Amendment to rezone properties addressed as 2302 & 2324 W. 8th Avenue and 802 S. Western Road from Small Lot Single Family to Commercial Shopping Zoning

  • Receive public comment regarding a request for a Map Amendment to rezone 522 N. Perkins Road from Commercial Shopping to Commercial General

General Orders

  • Approve budget amendments reflecting receipt and appropriation of FAA grant funds totaling $5,403,389 to reconstruct the center portion of the apron at Stillwater Regional Airport

SUA

General Orders

  • Approve budget amendments reflecting grant funds of $49,110 received by Waste Management from Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for the purchase of 10 BigBelly trash receptacles

  • Approve GRDA Memorandum of Winter Storm Uri Cost-Recovery Method and authorize the General Manager to sign memo documenting the repayment of energy costs incurred during the winter weather event

SEDA

General Orders

  • Approve redevelopment agreement between SEDA and Progressive Development Corp, LLC for the redevelopment of property located at 917 S. Husband Street
