Agenda Available for July 19 City Council, SUA and SEDA meetings

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / July 16, 2021) – Stillwater City Council, Stillwater Utilities Authority and Stillwater Economic Development Authority will meet for regular meetings this Monday, July 19 in the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Lewis. St.

City Council

Public Hearings

  • Receive public comment regarding a request for a Map Amendment to rezone property addressed as 701 Boomer Lake Station Drive from (P) Public, to (RMI) Multi-Family Intermediate Residential and (CG) General Commercial

General Orders

  • Receive update on CDBG-CV Assistance Program and utilities accounts receivables

  • Approve Stillwater Regional Airport application for American Rescue Plan Act grant funds for airport operation expenses and authorize Mayor to sign all related documents

SUA

General Orders

  • Approve FY22 bid recommendations for chemicals for the Water Treatment Plant

SEDA

General Orders

  • Approve redevelopment agreement with Campus Corner Creamery, LLC

  • Approve redevelopment agreement with Lilly’s Lavender, LLC
