(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / June 11, 2020) – Stillwater City Council and Stillwater Utilities Authority will meet over videoconference for a regular meeting this Monday, June 15.
The meeting will be held entirely over Zoom, a videoconference platform. Residents should watch virtually— there will be no meeting on-site at the Stillwater Municipal Building.

Stillwater City Council
c. Approve budget amendment reflecting the award of the FAA AIP grant of $6,039,239 to reconstruct the north portion of the Stillwater Regional Airport apron and the budget revision moving the$655,555 allocated matching funds to a future FAA grant project for grant matching.
g. Approve budget amendment for payment of $187,104 from the½ cent Transportation Sales Tax fund to Oklahoma Department of Transportation to close out Phase 1 of project STPW0S, widening of Western Road from Hall of Fame to McElroy.
Stillwater Utilities Authority
- a. Approve budget amendment appropriating Waste Management revenue to cover the remainder of FY20 expenses

In response to the COVID-19 virus and the ongoing social distancing guidance issued by President Trump, Governor Stitt, and national and state public health entities, amendments were made to the Open Meetings Act that allow for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act to hold “virtual meetings” via videoconference and teleconference.
