The Stillwater Police Department's newest recruits Damian Neiswanger and Laura DeLaune are sworn into office. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 30, 2020) – The Stillwater Police Department celebrated their newest recruit officers in an oath of office and pinning ceremony this Thursday, Jan. 30.

SPD recruit officers who were sworn into office included:

  • Officer Damian Neiswanger - Former member of Enid Police Department
  • Officer Laura DeLaune - Former member of Pawnee Police Department and Creek County Sheriff's Office

Residents invited to oath ceremony for Stillwater’s newest police officers

MEDIA RELEASE

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 23, 2020) – You’re invited to witness an oath ceremony for our newest officers within the Stillwater Police Department.

Officer Damian Neiswanger and Officer Laura DeLaune will be sworn in during a ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 30. The ceremony will start at 2 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at the Stillwater Municipal Building, 723. S. Lewis St.

RSVPs are not required to attend the event.

The ceremony will also broadcast live on Suddenlink channel 14 and AT&T U-verse channel 99 for those who cannot attend in person. A recording of the ceremony will also replay on the stations through the month of February and put on the City’s YouTube channel.

A video replay and photos of the event will be made available at http://stillwater.org/news/view/id/338 in the days following the ceremony.
