Public Hearings

  • a. Denied a request from SC Retail Management, LLC, the owners of Slim Chickens, for a map amendment to rezone a portion of property at 1101 N. Boomer Road from Commercial General to Residential Two-Family and Multi-Family district (CC-19-130)

Resolutions

  • a. Adopted a resolution in support of the Payne County Certified Work Ready Communities Initiative (No. 2019-17)

Ordinances

  • b. Adopted an ordinance rezoning a tract of land addressed as 821 N. Main St. from Two-Family and Multi-Family Residential to Small-Lot, Single Family Residential District (No. 3438, Second Reading)
