Stillwater Police Officers receive promotions

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / May 24, 2019) – The City of Stillwater celebrates our newest promoted officers within the Stillwater Police Department, pinned on Thursday, May 23. The promoted officers include Royce Stephens, promoted to the rank of Captain, David Duncan, promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Jeremiah Johnson, promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
