The Stillwater Police Department's newest recruits Jacob Rivera, Caleb Cassidy and Joey Johnsonbaugh are sworn into office. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 14, 2021) – The Stillwater Police Department celebrated their newest recruit officers in an oath of office ceremony this Thursday, Jan. 14.

SPD recruit officers who were sworn into office included:

  • Officer Caleb Cassidy, formerly with the Oklahoma City Police Department

  • Officer Jacob Rivera, formerly with the Guymon Police Department

  • Joey Johnsonbaugh is new to law enforcement. He previously worked at the Stillwater Medical Center Total Health Rehab.

Residents invited to oath ceremony for Stillwater’s newest police officers

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 05, 2021) – You’re invited to witness an oath ceremony for three new Stillwater Police Department officers on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. in the Houston Theater at the Stillwater Community Center, 315 W. 8th Ave.

  • Officer Caleb Cassidy, formerly with the Oklahoma City Police Department
  • Officer Jacob Rivera, formerly with the Guymon Police Department
  • Joey Johnsonbaugh is new to law enforcement. He previously worked at the Stillwater Medical Center Total Health Rehab.

RSVPs are not required to attend the event; however the Winfrey Houston Theatre auditorium does have the following restrictions:

  • face coverings are required inside the Community Center including the theatre and are available in the lobby;
  • seating capacity is limited to 50;
  • seating is spaced for social distancing.

The ceremony will also broadcast live on Suddenlink channel 14 and AT&T U-verse channel 99 for those who cannot attend in person. A recording of the ceremony will also replay on the stations through the month of February and put on the City’s YouTube channel.
