(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Oct. 30, 2017) – The City of Stillwater recently welcomed the following new team members to its Finance, Development Services and Human Resources departments.

Wyatt Dunham Wyatt Dunham recently began work as the staff accountant for the City of Stillwater. As a member of the Finance Department, Dunham’s duties include maintaining fixed asset records and reconciling City bank accounts. Dunham earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration Oklahoma State University and is pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Tulsa. His office is at the Stillwater Municipal Building at 723 S. Lewis St. |

Lanc Gross Lanc Gross joined the City of Stillwater as Development Review Manager in October. His primary responsibilities are to plan, organize and oversee the development review function for Stillwater. Gross was previously a senior planner for the City of Oklahoma City for 26 years and prior to that worked as a planner for the City of Las Vegas. He has a bachelor’s degree in horticulture and landscape architecture from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in regional and city planning from the University of Oklahoma. Patti Shelton Patti Shelton joined the City of Stillwater this summer as the administrative assistant for the Human Resources Department. She has the responsibility of providing administrative support to the department and assists city employees and the public with questions and processes. Shelton received an associate degree in early childhood education from Santa Rosa Junior College in 1983. Her office is at the Stillwater Municipal Building at 723 S. Lewis St. |

Leah Womack Human Resources Generalist Leah Womack joined the City of Stillwater in August. She performs administrative and technical work related to benefits, employment processes, compensation, equal opportunity matters, supervisory and employee development, legal compliance and performance appraisal/management. She served as the human resources director for Rains and Sons Transportation, LLC from January 2009 to August 2017. She was also the marketing director for Stillwater Hearing Clinic from June 2006 to July 2014. Womack graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2008 with a master’s degree in mass communication and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2006. She grew up in Hollis and has lived in Perkins the past eight years with her husband, Jason. Her office is at the Stillwater Municipal Building at 723 S. Lewis St. |
