(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Oct. 12, 2017) - Stillwater Fire Department recognizes three recent promotions.

Dalton Everett Dalton Everett is promoting to Lieutenant Medical Officer. Everett was born in 1991, and he graduated from Perkins-Tryon High school in 2010. He obtained his EMT/Paramedic license from Meridian Technology. Everett then spent two years at Cushing Fire Department as a Firefighter paramedic, before starting at Stillwater Fire Department in August 2015.
Everett has a wife named Joanne, a step son named Logan and they are expecting to have a baby girl in February.

Joey McEntire Joey McEntire is promoting to Lieutenant. He began his career with the Stillwater Fire Department in July 1998. He has been interested in a career as a Firefighter since responding to fire and emergency scenes with his father who volunteered at the Agra Fire Department. Joey holds several certifications from the Oklahoma State Fire Service Training including Hazmat Awareness, RIT, Confined Space Rescue and Paramedic. Joey lives in Agra where he grew up. He is married to Dee Dee McEntire of 24 years, and they have two sons Matthew McEntire and Will McEntire. His hobbies are baling hay, camping and spending time with his family. |

Alan Westermier
Alan Westermier (AJ) is promoting to Captain. He began his career with the Stillwater Fire Department in December 2007. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Fire Administration and an associate’s degree in Emergency Medical Services. He is licensed in the State of Oklahoma as an EMT-Paramedic and certified as a Police Officer with the Stillwater Police Department. AJ has training in several specialized areas including Rope Rescue Confined Space, and Trench Rescue. He is currently serving on the Rescue Team, the Hazardous Materials Regional Response Team, and on the Stillwater Police Department SWAT Team as a police officer and a medic. AJ currently lives in Sand Springs and has lived there for six months. He is married to Ashley Westermier of three years and they have a daughter, Ryien Westermier, who is 2 years old. His hobbies are spending time with his family, repairing computers and playing the guitar. |
