SFD: Statement on the loss of Puddin Payne

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Oct. 11, 2017) – The Stillwater Fire Department lost a great man and firefighter in the passing of Harold "Puddin" Payne. Our hearts and prayers go out to the Payne family. Puddin retired this past spring after completing more than 24 years of loyal and dedicated service. Thank you, Puddin. We are all better people for having known and worked with you.
