SPD: Shots Fired Calls

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / 11-22-2016) — On Monday evening, 11-21-2016, at 11:45pm officers responded to the Stonegate Apts. at 1815 N. Boomer Rd. after neighbors reported hearing gunshots in the complex.  Witnesses directed the officers to the north side of the main complex where the shots were heard.  A shell casing and possible bullet hole were found in a breezeway of the “I” building. A white SUV style vehicle was seen leaving the complex parking lot immediately after the shots were heard.  It is unknown if the SUV is in anyway related to the incident.
 
While officers were still on-scene a second reporting party/victim called dispatch to report she had found a possible bullet hole in her wall.  That victim was in the “A” building of the complex. The victim had been walking her dog when she heard gun shots.  She told officers she checked her apartment when she got home and found the bullet hole in her wall. The bullet fired into the victim’s apt. wall came from the adjacent apt.
