|2018 Halloween Festival Vendor Application – Due Oct. 12, 2018||
(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Sept. 25, 2018) – Join the City of Stillwater for the Stillwater Halloween Festival to be held Tuesday, Oct. 30 in Downtown Stillwater between 7th and 10th Avenue.
The festival will run from 5 to 8 p.m. including trick or treat with area businesses, restaurants and organizations. Enjoy some of your favorite local food trucks, great music and entertainment. Ghosts and goblins will enjoy free inflatables and carnival games hosted by Oklahoma State University recreation management and recreational therapy students.
“The Halloween Festival is a family-friendly event that brings the entire community out to Downtown Stillwater,” special event coordinator Stephanie Kinder said. “Kids will have the opportunity to trick or treat, parade their Halloween costumes and enjoy all the fun family activities.”
The festival features an ongoing costume contest for all ages and pets. Prizes will be given to the scariest, funniest and most creative costumes in each age group, and the first 500 participants will receive goody bags. The contest is organized by the Downtown Stillwater Merchants Association.
5:30 p.m. Newborn to pre-kindergarten

Businesses or organizations interested in hosting a trick or treat booth will need to complete an application to participate. The deadline for submitting an application is Friday, Oct. 12. Booth locations will be assigned and available as space allows.

We encourage residents to bring nonperishable food items in support of the Harvest II food drive hosted by the Stillwater Junior Service League.
Harvest II got it's name from bringing a second harvest to those in need. The area agencies that receive the donations are Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency, Mission of Hope, Salvation Army, Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services, Neighborhood Ministries, Payne County Youth Services, Cowboys with Compassion, Our Daily Bread, Central Oklahoma Adult and Teen Challenge, and Operation Christmas.
