Parking Validation Program

The mission of the City of Stillwater's Parking Validation Program is to support the short-term needs of shoppers, visitors and business clients who visit and park in Downtown Stillwater and The Strip on Washington Street and Campus Corner on Knoblock Street. More than 200 businesses participate in this program, which is administered by the Court Clerk's Office. If you manage a business, contact the court clerk for information about participating in the program.

If you receive an overtime ticket, you may go back to the business you visited and asked to have the ticket validated.

Validated tickets must be received by the City of Stillwater Court Clerk within 48 hours, or you’ll receive a notice for an unpaid parking ticket.
