Charles “Chuck” Hopkins was elected to a second term in April 2011, which expires in April 2014.
Chuck has lived in the Stillwater vicinity for 42 years. Along with his wife, Teresa, Chuck has one daughter, one stepdaughter, one stepson, three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren. He earned B.S., M.S. and Ed. degrees.
Chuck serves on the following City Council Ad Hoc Committees: Annexation, Capital Improvement, and Property Maintenance.
