Administration Team
The Administration Team works together to see that the policies and objectives of the mayor and city council are implemented. It's responsible for—among other things—preparing and submitting a balanced budget, coordinating city resources, providing oversight for departmental operations, and developing and maintaining infrastructure and utilities.
Led by the city manager, the Administration Team provides support, guidance and leadership for staff to assure that quality municipal services are available for all who live, work and play in Stillwater.
The city manager, whose position is similar to a chief executive officer of a corporation, also serves as general manager of the Stillwater Economic Development Authority, the Stillwater Regional Airport Authority and the Stillwater Utility Authority (SUA).

The City Manager's Office is located in the Police and Municipal Building at 723 S. Lewis St. in Downtown Stillwater.
Parking
Open and timed parking lots are available in front of the building and along Lewis Street between 7th and 9th Avenues.
Hours of Operations
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed weekends and holidays.
