Police & Municipal Building
The Police and Municipal Building, 723 S. Lewis Street, serves as the City of Stillwater’s administrative headquarters, and is commonly known as city hall.
On Feb. 8, 2000, Stillwater voters approved a bond for an addition and renovation to city hall, and construction for the new Police and Municipal Building was completed on Dec. 25, 2002.
Located on the first floor are the Municipal Court, Utility Customer Service and the Council Room where Stillwater City Council meets on the first and third Monday each month.
The Stillwater Police Department occupies the north wing of the building.Phone

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed weekends and holidays.

Open and timed parking lots are available in front of the building and along Lewis Street between 7th and 9th Avenues.
