Application for Permit To Control Burn

The person who will be physically controlling the proposed burn should complete and submit this form to start the process of acquiring a SFD Burn Permit. This application will be sent directly to Stillwater Fire Marshal. Please note that this is not the burn permit itself, but rather an application form only. Upon receipt of this application form, the Fire Marshal will contact you to make further arrangements. Before completing this form please read the Controlled Burn Standard Operating Procedure.
