Requirements:
Seven years of experience in public sector grant writing, research and administration; Bachelor’s degree required in a field appropriate for positive outcomes in position (examples include communications, accounting, general business or management); any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; and a valid driver’s license. Within six months of hire must obtain certification through the National Grants Management Association as a Certified Grants Management Specialist.
Description:

07-22 Grants Manager: The Grants Manager position is the principal hub for grant activities on a city-wide basis and maintains a central “gate keeping” function for City access to grant resources and reporting. Working in cooperation and coordination with the City Manager’s Office, the Grants Manager is responsible for continuing development, management, and improvement of the City grants program. Perform high-level professional work related to grant seeking, grant administration, and coordinating grant management activities across all departments. This position reports directly to the Deputy City Manager. Requirements: Seven years of experience in public sector grant writing, research and administration; Bachelor’s degree required in a field appropriate for positive outcomes in position (examples include communications, accounting, general business or management); any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; and a valid driver’s license. Within six months of hire must obtain certification through the National Grants Management Association as a Certified Grants Management Specialist. Starting salary: $75,000.00 plus comprehensive benefits package. A cover letter, resume and completed City of Stillwater application are required for consideration. Closing date: 2/2/22
