High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; one year experience preferred. Must obtain Class D Water Operator’s license within six months of hire.
Description:

49-20 Maintenance Worker (Water Treatment Plant): Maintain, operate, and repair the City's water treatment plant equipment, pump stations and storage tanks. Perform manual labor in addition to operating a variety of hand and power tools used in the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment at the water treatment plant, pump stations and offsite storage facilities.  Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; one year experience preferred. Must obtain Class D Water Operator’s license within six months of hire. Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm plus on-call and overtime as needed. Starting rate: $13.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits package. A completed City of Stillwater application is required for consideration. Closing date: 7/15/20
