14-21 Procurement Specialist: This position manages purchasing actions across the City. Responsible for maintaining and ensuring adherence to procurement policies, conducting reporting and cost analyses, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers. Requirements: Valid driver’s license, bachelor’s degree; a degree in business or finance is preferred and a minimum of three years involvement in state or local government purchasing. Must obtain Certified Procurement Official license within one year of hire. Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 , plus comprehensive benefits package.
