15-19 Engineer II (Stillwater Electric Utility): The City of Stillwater is hiring an Engineer to perform planning, design, bid and contract management, and construction monitoring duties for electric utility projects including transmission, distribution, and generation facilities. This position provides engineering leadership for support staff. Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in engineering. A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is preferred. A minimum of five years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. Experience with an electric utility is preferred. Training and experience with computers and software necessary to evaluate and solve engineering problems, perform engineering design and produce drawings for the construction of projects is preferred. Professional Engineer’s license preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm. Salary range: $74,318.40 - $101,108.80 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package. A resume and completed City of Stillwater application is required for consideration. Closing date: 3/4/19
