- 75-15 Support Services Technician (Police)
Perform administrative and technical duties associated with responding to digital evidence requests. This position is also responsible for supply chain management equipment and materials used by the department to include purchasing, maintenance, inventorying and/or disposal of surplus equipment and materials. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and two years of desktop computing experience. Must obtain Oklahoma driver’s license within thirty days of hire. Digital Audio/Video file editing experience preferred. Starting range: $15.85 - $16.82 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits package. - 76-15 Project Manager I, II or Sr. (Water Utilities)
Provide assistance, management and oversight of capital projects which may include studies, design and construction for water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection and wastewater treatment. Related activities include scope and budget preparation; contract development; submittal, report and construction plans review; consultant oversight; construction administration; managing pay claims and payment process; and participation in planning of water and wastewater capital improvements and water resources projects. Requirements: PMI: Associate’s degree in science, engineering or general studies, minimum of three years of experience. PMII: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; minimum of six years of experience. PM Sr.: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; minimum of twelve years of experience. PM I/II/Sr.: Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or must obtain Oklahoma license within thirty days of hire. Salary range for PMI to PM Sr.: $48,443.20 - $92,872.00 DOQ, plus comprehensive benefits package. Resume and completed City of Stillwater application are required for consideration. - 78-15 Stormwater Programs Manager (Development Services)
Develop, implement and coordinate projects, procedures, plans and programs for the City of Stillwater in the areas of stormwater management programming, infrastructure master plans, the NPDES Phase II program, the CRS (Community Rating System) program, and the City’s floodplain management program. Requirements: Degree from accredited college or university in civil engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field, four years of experience in stormwater engineering, environmental sciences, environmental compliance or related field, and a valid driver’s license. Must obtain Oklahoma driver’s license within thirty days of hire and accreditation by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board as a Certified Floodplain Manager/Floodplain Administer within twelve months of hire. Develop, oversee and manage customer programs and assist in the preparation and maintenance of electrical project estimates, bids, contracts, records, and files. This position will also gather and process data for engineering studies, assist with project research, present findings, and complete special projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology (power emphasis preferred) and a valid driver’s license. Must obtain Oklahoma driver’s license within thirty days of hire. Experience necessary to provide a thorough knowledge of the principals and practices of electrical engineering required; two years of experience within an electric utility preferred. Provide reference and reader advisory services at the adult reference desk, computer instruction, assistance with adult and teen programming, and perform supervisory duties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license. Must obtain Oklahoma driver’s license within thirty days of hire. Previous library experience is desirable. Schedule will entail 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Position Range: $14.94-$21.31 per hour.
