51-19 City Engineer (City Engineering): The City of Stillwater is hiring a Civil Engineer that will perform entry level professional civil engineering work to advanced professional civil engineering work; develop applications for the planning, design, construction, inspection, operation, and maintenance of City infrastructure. The position is part of an engineering progression classification that fills the position at levels commensurate with candidate’s training and experience. Reports directly to the Director of City Engineering.

50-19 Engineering Technician I, II, or III

The City of Stillwater is hiring an Engineering Technician I, II, or III. This position will assist the City Engineering Department and other City Departments in the performance of various engineering and surveying related duties. These duties include general civil engineering work, office work, and other duties as assigned. The position is part of an Engineering Technician progression classification that fills the position at levels commensurate with candidates training and experience. This position reports directly to the Director of City Engineering.

55-19 Water Engineering Technician

58-19 Firefighter I/EMT

Summary:
The City of Stillwater is currently accepting applications for Firefighter I/ EMT. Candidates applying should be licensed as an EMT- A, EMT-I or EMT-P with one year of verifiable experience in EMS, Firefighting, Public Safety, Emergency Management or Military Service. Candidates applying as an EMT-B must have the ability to become licensed as an EMT-A within 18 months of employment; and should possess certifications as Firefighter 1 & 2, Haz-Mat Operations, NIMS 100, 200 700 and 800 or equivalent training through military service, IFSAC , Pro-Board, or an accredited university. All candidates must successfully complete the CPAT (CPAT is not required for members currently in the Oklahoma Firefighter Retirement System). Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements of the Oklahoma Firefighter Pension and Retirement System and pass an extensive background check prior to employment.

66-19 Community Resources Aide

This position is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of the budget for the City, the annual preparation of the City budget document, the development of forecast models, and the completion of complex analytics. This is a self-directed position requiring the ability to develop and implement long range planning models and comply with municipal budgeting standards. This position is part of a progression plan with defined pay increases as you gain skills and knowledge through on the job training as well as specific certifications and licenses.
