We are looking for a team member to join our Public Works department. This position is part of a progression plan ($13.00 to $20.56 per hour) with defined pay increases as you gain skills and knowledge through on the job training as well as specific certifications and licenses. In this position you will utilize a variety of power tools and hand tools to perform construction, maintenance and repairs of water/wastewater systems, City streets, parks, facilities.

70-20 Journeyman Lineworker

Perform the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical power systems, including distribution and transmission lines and substation facilities. Summary:
The position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the financial records of the City, annual preparation of the City financial reports, compliance with financial regulations, and completion of complex analytics. This is a self-directed position requiring the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and rate setting methodology. This position is on a progression with defined pay increases as skills and knowledge are gained through on the job training and certifications are earned.
