League of Women Voters and Friends of Library host Legislative Reception
Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 5 p.m. at the Stillwater Public Library
(STILLWATER, OKLA. / Jan. 7, 2011) –The Stillwater League of Women Voters and Friends of the Stillwater Public Library invite you to attend a Legislative Reception at the Stillwater Public Library Auditorium on Tuesday, Jan. 18 starting at 5:00p.m.
Senator James Halligan, Representative Lee Denney and Representative Cory Williams will be present to provide information on the upcoming legislative session and to answer questions. Other elected officials invited include the Mayor and City Council, Payne County officials and Stillwater Board of Education. Stillwater City Management has also been invited to attend.
“This ‘come and go’ event provides the public an opportunity to stop by the public library to visit with our elected officials.” said Library Director, Lynda Reynolds. “Elected officials will be introduced around 5:30p.m.with state legislators giving brief comments also at that time”.

The Stillwater Public Library is located at 1107 S. Duck St. Library hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
