Gift-wrapping workshop held at Stillwater Public Library Dec. 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Looking for some Holiday Cheer? Consider attending some of these community events.

(STILLWATER, OKLA. / Nov. 18, 2009) –With mounds of presents to decorate, holiday shoppers can get all the tips they need for wrapping a beautiful gift at the Stillwater Public Library’s December workshop, “All Wrapped Up” on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Workshop instructor Danielle Shreve will teach participants the fool-proof, professional way to wrap a box.  She will also teach how to make and tie bows, how to wrap irregular objects, and how to decorate and spice up plain wrapping paper.  Participants will learn ways to make a gift unique, using special decorations and natural items such as nuts and berries.

“There are so many creative ways to make a gift unique,” said Shreve. “Even if the gift is very small or inexpensive, the recipient will feel special knowing that you spent time and thought on the wrapping.”

This hands-on workshop is free, open to the public, and appropriate for anyone 14 years and older.
