4th annual Dancing with Daddy Dance scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13; Tickets on sale now

(STILLWATER, OKLA. / Jan. 22, 2009) — The fourth annual Dancing with Daddy event will be held Friday, Feb. 13 at the City of Stillwater Community Center (315 W. 8th Ave.). The dance is held in two session, with four to eight year olds dancing from 6:30 to 8 p.m and nine to twelve year olds dancing from 8:30 to 10 p.m.

Recreation Supervisor Amy Jo Frazier said, "This event was immensely popular and when its over I'm not sure who had the most fun — the daughters and or the dads."

Advance tickets are available at the City of Stillwater Parks, Events and Recreation Administrative Offices (315 E. 9th Ave.) for $15 per couple with $5 for each additional daughter. Tickets at the door are $20 per couple with $7.50 for each additional daughter.

Dads may want to order roses for $2 each when they purchase their advance tickets. However, flowers will be available for purchase the night of the event.
